Terrance Smith Charged with First degree Murder

Police responded to a 911 call shots fired on woodbine street witnesses say young Hispanic man Xavier Diaz age 15 got in to a fight with a black male named Terrance smith witnesses say one thing led to another the 15 boy and the 17 boy got in to a fiscal fight and witnesses say 17 year old Terrance smith opened fire and let off 3 shots which all three shots hit Young Hispanic male Xavier Diaz Police arrived and ruled it First degree Murder later that day Young Hispanic male Xavjer Diaz was rush to Rochester General in critical condition
