Police responded to a 911 call shots fired on Woodbine Street witnesses say they saw a Young man Xavier diaz Hispanic age 15 get in to a fight with a black male age 17 named Terrell Smith witnesses say they were arguing and one thing led to another it broke out in to a fiscal fight then Terrance Smith 17 year old young man open fire and let off 3 shots which hit Young male Xavier diaz Police arrived to the scene and rule it a homicide later that day Young Hispanic male Xavier Diaz was rush to Rochester General hospital in critical condition
