Police responded to a 911 call shots fired on woodbine street witnesses say young Hispanic man Xavier Diaz age 15 got in to a fight with a black male named Terrance smith witnesses say one thing led to another the 15 boy and the 17 boy got in to a fiscal fight and witnesses say 17 year old Terrance smith opened fire and let off 3 shots which all three shots hit Young Hispanic male Xavier Diaz Police arrived and ruled it a homicide later that day Young Hispanic male Xavjer Diaz was rush to Rochester General in critical condition
