Track Star Arrested

Raleigh NC- On Aug.30 2017 RPD made an attempt to arrest the well known criminal known ass Jesse Frazier. Raleigh police stop the vehicle off of Atlantic blvd, After punching the officer in his face suspect Frazier then took off and led the police on a 3-mile foot chase. Suspect Frazier has not been apprehended and is on the run..——–
