Woman dropped kicked by the infamous Andre William Parish

Jennifer Ramey Howard got smart with the wrong man today and was dropped kicked all the way across the street witnesses said. She was rushed to the hospital earlier today and when she arrived Andre William Parish was waiting for her and dropped kicked again. Police say no charges will be filed and one officer asked Andre William Parish to drop kick her again.
