13 year old Escaped Drug Raid

This 13 year old boy escaped a Newport House where Drugs had been stored. Rocco Alan Williams would have not been charged in the act but now we have proof that the boy understood his wrong doing. While escaping he took a Bag Containing Packets of Cocain and Money which was retrieved by police this morning.
