Today multiple homeowners were shocked and frightened to find red balloons tied to their houses, mailboxes, and other property that they own. One resident remarked “it’s just kids being kids” while others weren’t so kind another had said “I’ll put a bullet in these clowns”
The county police department is looking into these events and they say that these people will pay for causing a panic
