Tipton, Ca woman arrested for murder

Tipton, Ca woman arrested for murder. 45 Year old Dinora Garcia,a Tipton resident, arrested late this evening and is being charged with murder. Tulare PD said there was enough evidence to arrest Garcia on charges of a cold case from back in 1985. No further information was given.
