Norma Bellelo robs local Baton Rouge Dollar tree.

Norma Bellelo age (she will not tell) was caught at 7:38 p.m stealing extra large tampons. Baton Rouge police men wrestled Bellelo to try to get the tampons back, and was screaming at the top of her lungs, “ I HAVE A HEAVY FLOW”. This a sight never seen before.
