Army Civilian, retired Colonel, next on the list

Washington, DC – This time, its in the Pentagon. An Army Civilian and retired Colonel has recently been implicated in another case of inappropriate behavior.

Mr. Theordore C. Williams was implicated by a subordinate co-worker as routinely taking his pants off at the end of the work day. “I have one of those chairs that spins,” said an anonymous co-worker who claims to sit directly across from Mr. Williams. “Like clock work, I spin my chair around at 4:30pm and there he is with his pants off.” The anonymous co-worker suggested Mr. Williams’ behavior has traumatized him. “When I go home, I can’t get this image out of my head. When I take command in the 82nd Airborne Division or an SFAB, I’ll always see that image.”

The Pentagon acknowledged the allegation but refused comment until a full investigation is complete. The Associated Press contributed to this story.
