Five Arrested At Forney Catfish Restaurant

Five women were arrested last night at a local Forney restaurant for passing counterfeit coupons to gain free meals. Witnesses told police that the women became rowdy after the cashier refused to redeem the fake coupons printed on recycled paper. “They also demanded free bread pudding” said one gentleman from Rowlett who wishes to remain anonymous. The ring leader leaders, Tina Gonzalez, a suspected biker gang member and Tina Nguyen, an animal balloon maker were also seen stuffing tartar sauce and plastic dining utensils into their purses. Diana Eddy of Garland was also charged with theft under $10 after she tried to steal a bottle of ketchup, tucked between her thighs. The manager stopped Ms. Eddy at the door after he noticed her walking “funny”. The bottle of ketchup rolled out onto the floor when the manager yelled for her to stop. Caroline Johnson and Cindy Kuykendall fled the scene on foot but were later captured during a high speed chase on Hwy 80 in Mesquite. Authorities found a color printer and a treasure trove of fake “buy one, get one free” coupons from various local businesses. All remain in the Forney jail until a bail is set.
