Mountain Home Idaho bans Halloween

October 31 2017 will be the last time Halloween will be observed in Mountain Home Idaho. Over a course of the past ten years officials have noticed an increase in vandalism and pranks that have gone completely out of control. Some residents have complained about screaming children and finding trash in their yards. Stores in the area have considered to refuse to sell eggs and toilet paper during the entire month of October. Details have not been fully released yet however it has been said that anyone participating in any Halloween activities next year will be fined and possibly face a jail term up to twenty years
