Local teen Quinn DeCarlo 18 also known stage name Quan was arrested as a possible suspect of a albany homicide. Over the weekend there was a murder of Jone Tull 21 in downtown Albany New York. There was a blonde white male named as the gunman by a witness. Tull died on the scene due to 6 shots in the pelvis, stomach, left shoulder and neck. There has been no other arrests of possible suspects yet. DeCarlo could face 40 years to life in prison for this.
