ULM Homecoming King Caught Masturbating in Public

At around 8:45 P.M., University of Louisiana Monroe Police responded to a call when two students walking through campus noticed another man masturbating in Bayou Park. Police found ULM Pike Alumnus and 2017 Homecoming King, Josh Usie, with his pants down at his ankles, and masturbating in public. When police questioned the 23 year old marketing graduate about his intentions of choking the chicken in public, Mr. Usie only responded with, “I’m Tony Danza”.
