Former President Bill Clinton has declared bankruptcy after reports surfaced that he and his wife, former 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, were paying top Democrats to sabotage President Donald J. Trump. The non-profit Clinton Foundation was shuttered early Monday afternoon and the Clinton family declined to return phone calls, probably because their phone lines had been disconnected. Channel 23 News interviewed top government officials about the sudden declaration and they had this to say.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was quoted to have said, “I know nothing about these alleged payoffs. The allegations cannot possibly be true.” He had no further comment and excused himself before boarding his brand new jet for a vacation in the Bahamas.
President Donald Trump also commented on the matter, tweeting, “#CrookedHillary has finally been exposed for the fraud she is! This is a great day for justice and the American people. #MAGA”
The Clintons were reportedly last seen digging through dumpsters for food and living in an alley behind a Washington, D.C. pizzeria. A small child was with them.
