Harlingen man commits suicide!

The victim Oscar Martinez an employee of Frost Bank ran into incoming traffic, police say co-workers stated he was devastated with the New Orleans Saints defeat to the Minnesota Vikings this past Sunday. That prompted him to commit such a horrible act. More info will follow as story develops- KVEO
