Department of natural resources is still in search of the youth pictured here. The youth reportedly shot a deer tagged for research with a high tech information collecting and tracking chip planted internally between the animals rib cage. Detective work out of the future was used to match the location of the kill with the picture. Each digital photo is stamped with a hidden GPS location stamp, and unless the feature is turned off by the user of the phone can be tracked and compared to any photo displayed on a number of social media sights and the world wide web.
