Once Illustrious Institute, Morris Brown College, Will Be Shut Down Again!

On the evening of January 30th, Morris Brown College’s Administrative staff as well as current investors, including the institute’s President, Stanley J. Prichett Sr. and Senator Donzella J. James, a Georgia State senator, had a conference meeting in their Administration building Tuesday night, January 30th, 2018, at 5pm to discuss the future of the school. After 3 hours of deliberating, the final decision was to close the school for good. According to Administration, the current 2017-2018 school year will finish out and those who are eligible will graduate with accredited degrees. As for students under Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior classification, they will have the privilege to attend Clark Atlanta University with the same tuition they had before.
