Proposed developement posed to make New Palestine the Mass Ave of the East

A planned 300 acre development outside the New Palestine city limits stands to make the backward small town the mecca for the millennial and and LBGTQ communities.
VOGUE Development Properties recently acquired a 300 acre track on the Northern city limits of New Palestine. The land was acquired through a 1076 land tax exchange from Val d’ Font. The development in plans boasts some 900 condominiums and multipurpose housing units. The compound will contain such amenities as a community art gathering facility, interpretation theatre, privacy fenced pool and social area, day spa, organic foods market and boutiques. The development plans to eventually perform a face lift in the historic part of town with architecture that similar to Mass Ave in Indianapolis. Steffen Griggs of Indianapolis says he is excited about being able to thrive in an rural environment that does not usually fit his community. “There are so many people who live a modern lifestyle that aren’t comfortable in a city, but they are not catered to in a charming slower paced environment” Im excited we are going to change that, and we can mold the local educational system into a more educated and open institution.
The development plans to break ground early this spring starting with the 400 unit condominiums and is expected to complete summer of 2019.
