Selvey Vittitoe (aka Jamie ) has been charged with 1st degree murder
On December 25th , there was a intruder breaking in his home he thought but it was only Santa Claus coming down the chimney and mr vittitoe was outraged because he had been a bad boy this year and Santa didn’t have nothing for me Vittitoe and mr Vittitoe took it upon his self to hit Santa in the head with a axe and than cut him up with a chainsaw
Mr Vittitoe is being held in Jefferson county jail on 1 million cash bond
