1 dead in car accident

Jessie Knarr (15), has past away in a car accident at 2:13 pm today. Knarr was the driver, alone in the car. He was going 98 mph down 380. An ambulence got to the scene at 2:26 pm. Knarr died before he made it to the hospital.
