Barnsley’s Chinese billionaire Chien Lee has said that he asked for permission to speak to Ex England & Crystal Palace Manager Roy Hodgson. Roy who has been at Palace since last September has taken the club up the table after a poor start to the season and looks to have made them safe to stay in the Premier.
No one was available for comment from either Hodgson or Palace, but a close source to the manager said that it is no secret that he (Hodgson) disagrees on how the club is currently run and has been at odds with the Chairman for some time.
