Local Henderson teen breaks world record for smallest penis

Local Henderson teen Joshua Sullivan, senior at Coronado high school, was just awarded the world record for smallest flaccid and erect penis. The previous length was 2.47 inches erect, Joshua broke the record at 1.15 inches flaccid and 2.20 inches erect.
