Reggie Sowell will be charged in court on July 25 for smoking marijuana in high school bathroom

On a “emotional day” in March 2018 Reginald Sowell confessed to using illegal substance in high school bathroom. He says “ it was about 7-8 in the morning I woke up about ten minutes before my bus arrived. And then I decided to fool everyone because I felt like it”
