Shibou accused of assaulting a cat

Last week, we have seen many animal assualtions but not one as atrocious as this. The story is, a person by the name of Shibou went into complete insanity and kidnapped cats, and he particuarly assaulted one cat, who was too helpless to defend itself. The cat went into coma after it was found out the cat suffered from a phobia of being assaulted. Shibou has been convicted of animal assault and fined $2000. Before the fee is paid, he will have to suffer 2 weeks of solitary confinement.
