Tupac Shakur has been spotted in Nottingham UK showing people the album which made him a legend after faking his death in the United States. A member from the new white panthers Peter Hasting has been arrested for conspiring and helping out mr. Shakur escape the US. The picture that was recently posted in the 2PAC Forever Group page on Facebook lead the FBI to the United Kingdom.
