Luis Lomeli Ponce was leaving work when he was caught speeding on the freeway Southbound of Turlock. When told to reduce speed and pull over he continued over the speed limit leading a chase throught the freeway until he finally came into a hault right before Atwater. He is facing multiple charges including reckless driving and a DUI.
