Accident happened around 1am Officials say Ochoa was traveling south on 1-10 when for some reason he lost control and rolled over Ochoa was in a 2005 gray infiniti.
Ochoa was taken to Las Palmas Emergency Room with fatal injuires where he later died.
Police believe speed was a factor in the crash.
