25 year old man, Livingston, Ca. Found swimming naked in the local town pool.

25 year old man, Iban Martinez Espinoza, was found naked and high on meth at the local town pool. After a 2 hour stand off with the police he finally gave in and turned himself in. He was found with bottles of prescription pills and drug paraphernalia. He is currently being charged with three felonies.
