20 year old drug trafficker and cartel leader Jonathan Osuna has been caught. Thanks to local law enforcement and tips from local residents one of the most notorious drug cartel leaders has been caught. He was found with 93 kilos of cocaine and over 20 loaded guns at his local home in California.
