On Monday 30th April, several reports and blurred photographs have surfaced of wat appeared to be a what was described as a “monkey like ” enterty. One witness says” I was on the waltzess with my son and we saw a girl videoing him , he looked like Cesar from planet of the apes and looked like he was guided with a Mexican guy”.
