Preston Rhyne (left) and Noah Paz (right) robbed a federal bank earlier today. The armed robbery took place on Allison St. in Washington DC at 7:00. 30 cops were killed in the shooting. The police shot Preston in the left shoulder and severely wounded him but Noah helped him escape in a 2003 Toyota. If you see these two men, alert your local law enforcement.
