Young Marine Wins 50 Million Dollars in State Lottery

PFC Johnson, Tyler, 21 year old at Amphibious Assault School, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton wins 50 million dollars Saturday evening. This was the first time the young Marine has played the lottery and he’s still in disbelief. He said, “I never actually thought I’d win but hey, every dog has its day” when asked about his initial reaction. He plans to accept the lump sum of 38.8 million dollars. The Marine said that he doesn’t care that taxes take out about 12 million dollars because “I’m still going to be a millionaire.” He said his first order of business is to pay off his college and take care of his family back in Virginia.
