Austin Koepke, 27, arrested early Friday morning

A 27 year old male, Austin Koepke was arrested near milbank, SD on a rural farm. He was caught on camera by the property’s owner with no clothes on and attempting to have sexual relations with a baby calf. About a year ago, he was also arrested in St paul, MN on similar charges. He is being held in Grant County jail with no bond. More details will be available soon.
