July 30th a male 38 and His companion 32 were speeding down the freeway 101 northbound reportedly having relations while driving lost control of the vehicle spun off the median and ended up in the canal.The driver was cited with indecent exposure and lewd activities. they were cited and released shortly after, drugs and alcohol don’t seem to be a factor in this incident.
