Idaho Falls Man Wanted For Mass Slaying

An Idaho Falls Man is wanted in connection to the mass slaying on the Southfork of the Snake River this afternoon. Devin Sibbett (also known as “The Fish Slayer” ) is the prime suspect in slaughtering multiple fish and not leaving any for anyone else to catch. Do not approach him if seen as he will probably be armed with a fishing pole and hooks.
