Charleston man guilty of making out with neighbors sheep

Charleston man Jeff Fisher was caught in neighbors yard making out with sheep. Neighbor stated he ask her “if he could take the sheep out on a date”.the neighborhood immediately called police.fisher is now seeking mental help
