Earlier today a young lad riding on the M27 has been seen riding at speeds which is excessively dangerous to himself or others, If anyone knows him please call 101 with case number#21156

Police are looking for a young lad on a black and orange Kawasaki which was doin excessive speeds on the motorway of 140mph
