Vickram Persaud aka Vickey (26 yrs old) of Hope Lowland ECD and Lisa Nerisa Balram (23 yrs old) of Newtown Enmore ECD reportedly went missing on last Sunday 23rd April, 2017. Vickram & Lisa was reportedly last seen Friday 21st April, 2017 around 7pm eating at their local restaurant..
