An immokalee woman,26 yr old Leocardia Rosas is being charged with 1st degree murder after shotting and killing her boyfriend,28 yr old Juan Rodriguez, with his own gun and attempted murder after coming home and catching her boyfriend in bed with his gay lover early this morning,police say.
