They will not allow people to work more then 40 hours anymore. Hourly or salary it will be straight 40 hours at any one finding job. People has spoken they are tired of being used abused. If a person wants to work more then 40 hours they have to find another job. But if people don’t wanna work they can live off of the tax payers and collect and not work.
